A&F Lawsuit Against Beyonce

Abercrombie & Fitch have just filed a federal lawsuit against Beyonce, claiming that her up-and-coming perfume is a knock-off of theirs. She's name decided to call hers "Sasha Fierce" and A&Fs perfume is named "Fierce". They are suing to stop Beyonce from using that specific name "Sasha Fierce" or anything similar to their already branded name.

The lawsuit was filled in Ohio and A&F say they sent Beyonce a cease and desist letter in 2008 when she started applying for "Sasha Fierce" trademarks. Apparently, Beyonce rejected their demand because the general public would haveno problem in telling the two companies' producs apart.

Beyonce's rep, Alan Nierob, has issued the following statement: "There is no fragrance line directly or indirectly associated with Beyonce that has the name 'Sasha Fierce' or anything using the word 'Fierce.'"

Coty also issued this statement: "Coty is excited about its newly announced partnership with Beyonce Knowles. Details related to the fragrance, including the official name, will be revealed prior to the launch in early 2010. We can confirm at this time, however, that the terms Fierce and Sasha Fierce are not being used as names of a Beyonce fragrance."

Megan's a Little Psychotic

It would seem Megan Fox has got a bit of an uncontrollable temper. She has apparently said that she regularly gets into fights with boyfriend, Brian Austin Green, and that when they do fight, she often threatens to kill him. She's also stated that she’s afraid to get a gun or any type of weapon because when she get's in to a heated argument with Brian, she won't hesitate to shoot or stab him.

A bit of anger management needed maybe?

Kim: Kourtney's "in denial"

Kim's at it again this time babbling/complaining/bitching about her sister's pregnancy: "She is huge! I think she's in denial of buying maternity clothes, because she just borrows Khloe’s clothes. Khloe is going to kill me for saying that, but it's really because Khloe is so much taller. Kourtney will take Khloe's top and wear it as a dress…She will not buy maternity clothes. I don't know what's wrong with her."

Usher's Older Woman

In Touch Weekly has reported that Usher has been seeing a woman, called Grace Miguel, who is 12 years his senior!

According to a close friend of Usher, he has fallen for her hard and has said that Usher thinks she is "so brilliant" and that "he's madly in love".

The pair have been secretly dating for the past 6 months and it's even rumoured that his relationship and strong feelings for Grace were what ruined his marriage and pushed his divorce.

Beyonce Set to Make Perfume

People have reported that Beyonce has signed a deal to create her own perfume with Coty Inc to create an new fragrance.

The scent, which hasn't been named yet, has been described by Beyonce as a "reflective of my inner power". She added that she was inspired to do this because "while I love various perfumes, I haven't found a scent that truly personifies me as a woman."

The perfumes looks set to launch some time in 2010.

Lady GaGa - "My wonderful vagina is very insulted by this question"

As we all know rumours have been circulating about the gender and sexuality of Lada G after a bulge was seen in her costume during a performance. VMA host, Russell Brand, even made an open joke about and Lady G was a good sport about it as she laughed along to his jokes.

However, one reporter - Collien Fernandes - crossed the line with the singer while she promoting her new line of headphones in Berlin, Germany, saying "I love your Marc Jacobs outfit, you look great. I do have one question for you though - have you got a penis or not?"

An angry Lady G shot back: "My wonderful vagina is very insulted by this question," and then demanded that Collien be removed from the press conference room immediately. Security guards were quick to remove the presenter and, once removed, she had this to say: "I don't really understand the fuss. It's obvious someone would ask her this question after the picture was all over the news."

Michelle Speaks Up On Dating

After the tragic loss of partner Heath Ledge, Michelle Williams has returned to the dating scene. Speaking out to Hello magazine about her tragedy and new hope for love she says, "I thought falling in love again was the only thing that was going to save me from the pain," but she found that it only made her life more complicated.

According to her she’s looking on the bright side of meeting someone new, "For a while I thought we had lost everything. It makes you want to love better and live better."

Lilo the Fashion Designer?

Lindsay Lohan will has apparently signed up to be an artistic advisor to French fashion house Emanuel Ungaro. WWD has reported that the star has been paired with an up-and-coming Spanish fashion designer, Estrella Archs, and has said she want to take their designs to a "younger place" with a harder edge to it.

Their designs will be reveal during Paris Fashion Week on October 4th.

I'll be interested to see what the troubled star comes up with.

Charlize Theron has OCD?

Charlize Theron has admitted that she suffers from OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). It apparently causes her to be a meticulous about everything making her not function when things around her aren't in order. This applied particularly when her house isn't tidy.

The actress has said "I have a serious problem, it's a real disease and millions of people actually suffer from this, it's an obsessive-compulsive disorder. I have a bit of it. I don't do counting or any of that stuff, but I have a real thing about chaos. I am good with chaos, I just don't like it when chaos is hidden. I have a problem with cabinets being messy and people just shoving things in cabinets and closing the door. You can't. I really, really lie in bed and (am) not able to sleep because I think, 'I saw something in that cabinet that just shouldn't be there.'"

Chris Brown: "Incomplete Without Rihanna"

After assaulting girlfriend Rihanna back in February, the singer is still feeling the blues about their split saying on twitter that "MY HEART IS INCOMPLETE… the part that is complete is my love for fans, career, friends, family… God. But I’m missing someone or something".

He appears to be unwilling to give up on Rihanna and still hopes that they will get back together and has even begged publicly for Rihanna to give him one more chance.

Meanwhile, Rihanna appears to be getting on with life and moving on from Chris as she was seen in a stylish black ensemble laughing with her entourage at LAX airport yesterday.

Keanu Reeves - "There was some sky diving sequences in this film we did together and as filming was going on it came to be that Patrick was jumping out of airplanes all the time. I think he had over 30 jumps during the course of filming and so the production served him with a cease and desist which he listened to until they got to Hawaii. He jumps out of planes and did the flips and falling to the ground and he did it with an open heart."

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter

Universal Studios have announced the opening of 'The Wizarding World of Harry Potter'. It will be opening in Spring 2010 and will feature notable places in the Harry Potter books and movies such as Ollivanders (the shop that sells wands), Honey dukes (the candy shop), Hog's Head (the pub), The Three Broomsticks (the wand shop), Zonko's (the joke shop) and even the Owlery (the local post office). According to sketches and drawings, the entrance will be a replica of walking through Hogsmeade's grand archway.

There have only been two announced rides. The first is to be called "Flight of the Hippogriff" which will be a family ride. The second, called "Dragon Challenge", is to be a high-speed twin rollercoaster that gives the rider the same experience of the Triwizard Tournament hat we saw on the big screen.

Universal have promised an "incredible interact experience" for visitors and it will be extremely interesting to see how they deliver.

I'm definatley looking forward to it.

Lady GaGa and Kanye Tour

Though Kanye claimed to be taking a break after the uproar concerning the VMAs, it would appear that Kanye will in fact still be touring with the eccentric Lady GaGa this winter.

The tour, which has been named "Fame Kills" will reach audiences in several US cities and is said to begin this coming winter and end some time in 2010.

Obama: Kanye's a "Jackass"

Even President Obama has spoken out against Kanye's behaviour towards 19-year-old Taylor Swift at the recent VMA awards. He reportedly called Kanye a "jackass" before an interview, however, controversy was sparked as the President is never supposed to be quoted before the camera starts rolling, technically whatever he says beforehand is 'off-the-record'. He also reportedly called Kanye's actions "really inappropriate" and said how his daughters were just as upset as he was.

The White House haven't made any comments regarding the remarks by Obama (why should they?) though it would seem that it has caused a little uproar.

Nonetheless, the President has spoken and it would seem Obama is in tune with the public's mood. It's surprising how even the President can have such a reaction to a Kanye outburst.

Daisy's Missing

Jessica Simpsons beloved pooch, Daisy, has gone missing. Daisy, who ex-husband Nick Lachey had given Jessica, was snatched up by a wild coyote right before her eyes last night. She is devistated and has even gone on twitter posting a missing dog sign along with this message:

"My heart is broken because a coyote took my precious Daisy right in front of our eyes. HORROR! We are searching. Hoping. Please help!"

Katy Perry and Russell Brand?

Rumours have surfaced about a relationship between singer Katy Perry and British Comedian Russell Brand after the VMA awards. The pair were seen kissing at Lady GaGa’s VMA after party which was held in New York.

The New York Post were told by a source that "They were sitting together, flirting and whispering to each other with their faces very close. Then Russell leaned in for a long kiss. It didn't look like this was the first time. He was looking extremely pleased with himself."

It would seem Russell has every right to be proud of himself as whilst hosting the VMA awards, he spoke about hoping to kiss Katy after the award ceremony and he joked about him being the shoulder she could cry on as she didn’t win any awards. He even mentioned that he would like to go to bed with her.

Is there anything going between the two?

La Toya's Charity Shake

LaToya Jackson was spotted in West Hollywood Last night, custom making her own milkshake for charity. She hopes to raise $1 Million for AIDs research as the money collected from the milkshakes goes straight to the fund.

She said, "I'm very excited for this promotion and hope we can raise a million dollars for APLA and/or aids research. It is very generous of Millions of Milkshakes to support our goal by donating proceeds from the store to such a great cause. I am very thankful to them!"

Her own personally made shake, named "La Toya Jackson", includes strawberries, raspberries, caramel and is topped with whipped cream and a Cadbury flake!

Patrick Swayze Dies

After a gruelling battle with cancer, the Dirty Dancing star lost his two-year battle against pancreatic cancer. At 57, he died with his family members and loved ones by his side.

His publicist Annett Wolf said, "Patrick Swayze passed away peacefully today with family at his side after facing the challenges of his illness for the last 20 months."

Patrick is best known for his role in the 1987 movie Dirty Dancing with Jennifer Grey, and the 1990 movie Ghost with Demi Moore.

Kanye To Take Some Time Off

Kanye appeared on The Jay Leno Show shortly after his misbehaviour at the VMAs and apologised for his abrupt and disrespectful actions toward singing starlet, Taylor Swift. It would appear that Kanye feels genuine remorse for what he did saying, "It's actually someone's emotions that I stepped on. It was rude, period. I'd like to apologize to her in person."

Jay Leno went on to ask his Kanye what his late mother would have thought about his behaviour and Kanye became very emotional saying, "You know, obviously, I deal with hurt and, you know, so many celebrities, they never take the time off and I've never taken the time off, just music and music and tour after tour, and I'm ashamed that my hurt caused someone else's hurt. After this, I need to just take some time off and analyze how I'm going to make it through the rest of this life, how I'm going to improve, because I am a celebrity and that's just something I'm going to have to deal with."

Although down and emotional by this point, Kanye still managed to join Rihanna and Jay-Z on stage to perform their new single "Run This Town."

Megan Fox: "Dumb as a Rock"

After openly saying, in Britain's Wonderland magazine, that working with Transformers director Michael Bay was like working with Hitler, some of the movies crew members have come out slamming Megan Fox. She also said he has no social skills and is hopelessly awkward.

On Michael Bay's website they wrote that she made a "disgusting, uneducated comment" and that she was as "dumb as a rock", though the comments have been removed. It is reported that they even went as far as to say she would be better off as a porn star. According to sources, the crew of the movie also wrote "Megan really is a thankless, classless, graceless and shall we say unfriendly Bitch."

Though the Transformers crew were only showing their support for Bay, he appeared unimpressed with their letter and removed it from his website. According to sources, he said "he still loves working with her" and that "her crazy quips are part of her crazy charm."
